- WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ON CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?
Booking fee of 30% of Package Rate is refundable only if your session is cancelled by Photo Perfect Paris. Guests are allowed to reschedule a session up to 1 year from the original booking date. no other refunds are available.
- HOW CAN I CLAIM A GIFT CERTIFICATE/DISCOUNT CODE?
If you have a discount code simply enter it by clicking on the "Have a Referral Code?" and your discount will be reflected upon checkout.

- DO WE GET THE PICTURES IMMEDIATELY?
Image delivery is about 2 - 3 weeks for editing and retouching. A private web galley showcasing the best images from that day will be made available to you. These image are retouched and are made available to you for up to 2 weeks. You can share your gallery with friends and family as well as order prints! Service is available world-wide. You can choose to either extend or renew your gallery at any time for a fee of 35euros.
- HOW ARE THE PICTURES DELIVERED TO US?
Images are made available for purchase as prints or digital downloads via a private online web gallery.
- WHAT IF I WANT TO USE MY OWN PRINT VENDOR?
I spent an entire year researching and trying hundreds of print vendors world wide to find the one that offers high quality printing and top-notch customer service.
Why did I do this? Because I take pride in what I do and in my craft, I treat each shoot as a fine art piece. Your photos become more that just images, but cherished and valuable works of art and I wanted to find a vendor who would care about every image as much as I do. Also, to ensure that your images don't sit on your computer collecting digital dust. Your images are meant to be printed, framed and given a prime location in your home - and life can get busy very fast. So to take the burden of having to do this yourself we set everything up to make it as easy as possible to have quality prints in your home.
If you choose to use your own printing vendor, the hi-resolution, non-watermarked images can be made available to you via a digital download. Pictures taken by Sophia Pagan Photography are copyrighted. You will be given a print release form to make prints, but the images remain under copyright. If you choose to use your own printing vendor, then you forfeit the quality of your images as I cannot guarantee the quality of the final print.

- WHAT IF I WANT A CD OR DVD?
Digital files are available for any image purchased in your gallery. Digital downloads are the fastest and most efficient way to obtain your files, however if you require a DVD one can be mailed to you for a fee (plus shipping).
- CAN I GET THE RAW FILES?
We deliver a final product of a guided portrait session and artistically edited images, which is the key factor in the work we produce. Pictures taken by Sophia Pagan Photography and Photo Perfect Paris are copyrighted and therefore we do not offer RAW files for any reason.
- CAN I GET HIGH RESOLUTION FILES?
You will receive any image purchased for print at the same size digitally.
- DO WE MEET YOU THERE?
Yes, you meet the photographer on site, meeting location will be given via email after reservation fee is received.
- WHAT IF I WANT A LONGER SESSION?
Hourly rate is 175 euros per hour and can be added to any package.
- WHAT IF I WANT A SHORTER SESSION?
It takes time to prepare with the make-up, hair and wardrobe stylists , in order to make sure we can deliver a quality product to our clients, we have a minimum shoot time of 3 hours.
- SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
Accessories welcome! Bring anything you would like to include in your shoot, funny hats, shoes, flowers, a baguette, umbrella. Whatever you like, this will help bring a bit of flare and show your personality. The more you bring the better your portrait sessions and it is very common for clients to come with suitcases of options which is more than welcome.
For women we recommend: hats, scarves, costume jewelry, belts, pins, gloves, and fans.
For men we recommend: hats, ties, belts, watches, pocket scarves, tie clips, cufflinks, dress socks and suspenders.

- HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
We do not offer minimum or maximum amount of images for our portrait sessions as each portrait session is different. You will receive all the best images from your portrait session weather it be 20 or 200 photographs. Obviously, the longer session you book, the more images you will receive from your portrait session.
- WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
We only offer 8 bookings each month. Each booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you see a date available we cannot make any promises that is will remain available, without a confirmed booking. There is a 30% booking retainer required to save the date of your session, the booking fee is non-refundable however it is deferrable for up-to 1 year from the date of purchase. The balance of the booking has to be received before the day of the portrait session or in cash the day of. You can reschedule your booking no less than 3 weeks prior to your session date. We rent locations to provide our clines with dynamic contemporary portrait sessions, therefor any last minute cancellations or no shows will forfeit the totally of the portrait session to cover expenses and damages lost.
- CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO MY PORTRAIT SESSION?
We do not allow guests who are not participating in a portrait session on set unless it is to accompany a minor. All minors are required to be on set with an adult and will not be photographed without out one present.
